Cancellation Policy

A credit or debit card is required to secure your reservation. There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled 3 days before your date of arrival. In the event of late cancellation or 'No show' within 3 days of the date of arrival, the hotel charges will be 100% of the total booking value. It is the hotel's policy to charge in all cases of late cancellation or no show of confirmed bookings.

Mortons Manor reserves the right to recover in full the cost, together with any consequential loss, of replacing and/or repairing any damage, howsoever caused, to the hotel's fabric, structure, contents and property from those persons (including guests and visitors) liable for the damage. In the case of damage and/or consequential loss caused by guests, the person responsible for payment of the bill will be deemed liable, whether or not that person is a guest in the hotel.

Smoking

To protect both our guests and staff from the dangers of second-hand smoke, Mortons Manor operates a full “no smoking” policy. The bedrooms, public areas and restaurant are strictly designated “no smoking” areas. We ask that should you wish to smoke you do so on the terrace, away from other guests, by the pond or in the front courtyard only.

DOG POLICY

Our Terrace Bar is dog friendly. All other public areas and bedrooms are not pet friendly. We ask that you use the entrance on the Terrace when arriving with you dog. Please do not let your dogs sit on the furniture in the Terrace Bar. We do not accommodate dogs overnight. However, in accordance with the Equality Act 2010, trained assistance dogs are warmly welcomed. If you are accompanied by an assistance dog, please let our team know at the point of making your reservation, so that we may make any arrangements to ensure your comfort.

Please note: Emotional support or therapy dogs that provide comfort but are not trained to perfom specific tasks are not considered assistance dogs under UK law. Our no-pets policy therefore still applies to those animals.

Children

Mortons Manor welcomes children to stay in the hotel and has a children’s menu available.

Please note we do not allow children under the age of 5 years old in the restaurant during dinner, but we offer ‘High Teas’ to our younger guests, which is served in the Terrace Bar between 5.45pm and 6.30pm, by prior arrangement.
